Phewww... what a couple of weeks it has been! We've had a total of 11 guests come and go... and at least three parties - 2 x Birthdays and New Year. I'll let Jack elaborate on the celebrations, but just want to say hi to everyone out there in this new 2008 year. I haven't even had a chance to blink and it's already 9th of January.
Life is hectic on this side of the globe... and when is it not, I ask you? Our Polish labourers have started taking out the remains of walls/wardrobes/kitchen cupboards out into a big container at the front of our new place and next week 'Es geht los!' - meaning they actually start working on flat. In the meantime we're keeping ourselves busy with picking out bathtubs, sinks, taps, tiles, laminate, wall paints, and lets not forget uni and work. But it's all good.
Of course this is the time of resolutions... and I think my motto for this year is to think optimistic thoughts and to try and see the positive side of every situtation and every human being. Life's too short to be annoyed with people and things.
Anyway - enough rambling from me - I hope you're all well in all parts of the globe where you currently are... and we hope to see yous all (how you like that Broadie slang? :) ) sometime this year!
