We bought a pram, well actually Polina's parents bought us a pram. It wasn't that hard to put together once I figured out that the cat did not come from the box...

Oh yeah the final picture is blatantly stolen from their website - as one of the bolts they supplied us is foobared and hence we couldn't actually finish putting it together properly. Gotta love German engineering and Chinese manufacturing...
